Wardell Builders’ Service Department is made of a team of dedicated, skilled construction professionals ready to help you with a variety of projects and estate maintenance. Our team will do anything from changing a difficult to reach light bulb, to repairs and maintenance of the major systems of your home, or even remodeling/updating your bathroom. We can also manage your home while you are away.

No matter how big or small the project, you can be assured we will give the same attention to detail as we do when we build a home. Through the Home Maintenance Department, Wardell Builders brings to your project the expertise gained, and relationships developed, with skilled trade partners over years of building and up-keeping unique custom homes in San Diego.

Wardell Builder Homes

After your home is complete, we don’t just disappear. For the first year after your home is built, we schedule a series of complementary walk-throughs to ensure everything is working properly. As for regular maintenance, we will provide you with as little or as much as you desire.

Homes not Built by Wardell Builders

We will serve you too! You can have the “Wardell Touch” through our Home Maintenance Department even if we did not build your home.

Keep your home looking great and running smoothly for years to come through Wardell Builders’ Maintenance Program. 

Wardell Builders’ Maintenance Plan is designed to ensure necessary repairs, maintenance and general upkeep are performed for your home on a timely basis. Finding an issue early is your most effective tool to preventing small issues from growing into larger, more costly repairs.

Based on a thorough inspection of your home, a formal plan and schedule will be created. This plan is specifically tailored to your home. You will receive both a bound and digital copy of this report. After discussing what you would like us to do for you, we build a plan to keep your home in peak condition. Your information is tracked and you will be alerted when maintenance should be performed.
